Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ZHOKA WorkMate mobile application (the “App”), operated by Shubhchetanam Enterprises (“Zhoka”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

WorkMate is a partner app for workers who provide Car Wash and/or Delivery services on the Zhoka platform. ClinicLine clinic staff use the ZHOKA customer app, not WorkMate. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old
You must provide accurate registration, KYC, and bank details
You are responsible for activity under your account
Zhoka may suspend or terminate accounts with false or fraudulent information

2. Partner relationship

You are an independent service partner / worker, not an employee of Zhoka, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. You decide when to go online (subject to App rules, shifts, and verification status). Zhoka provides technology to connect you with jobs, payments facilitation, and related tools.

3. Onboarding & verification

You may need to complete profile, selfie, KYC (e.g. Aadhaar/PAN), bank details, training, and fees
Approval is at Zhoka’s discretion and may be revoked for policy or safety reasons
You must keep documents and contact details up to date

4. Conduct & service standards

Be professional, safe, and respectful with customers and Zhoka staff
Do not misuse location, fake attendance, or manipulate jobs / payouts
Do not harass, threaten, or discriminate
Follow traffic and local laws while performing work
Use only authorized accounts, devices, and payment methods

5. Jobs, earnings & payouts

Job offers depend on availability, location, and App status
Earnings, incentives, and fees are shown in the App and may change
Payouts are processed to the bank details you provide, subject to verification and compliance holds
Zhoka may adjust or withhold amounts for fraud, chargebacks, errors, or policy breaches

6. Location & permissions

Location, camera, notifications, and related permissions are required for core features (going online, job assignment, KYC, attendance). Revoking permissions may limit or stop access to work features. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

7. Fees & payments

Onboarding / verification fees, kit fees, or other charges (if applicable) are processed through trusted payment gateways (for example Razorpay / UPI). Refund eligibility, if any, follows Zhoka’s then-current policy and applicable law.

8. Suspension & termination

Zhoka may suspend or permanently terminate access without prior notice for policy violations, fraud, safety risks, inactivity, or legal requirements. You may stop using the App and request account deletion as described on our Delete Account page.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zhoka and Shubhchetanam Enterprises are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the App, job assignments, customer interactions, or third-party services. You use the App at your own risk.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
