This Privacy Policy explains how Shubhchetanam Enterprises
(“Zhoka”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, stores, shares,
and protects personal information when you use the
ZHOKA WorkMate mobile application (the “App”).
WorkMate is a partner app for workers who provide
Car Wash and/or Delivery services on the Zhoka platform.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
This policy is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000
and applicable rules, including the Information Technology (Reasonable Security
Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.
1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to partners/workers who use ZHOKA WorkMate to:
Sign in and create or manage a partner profile
Complete KYC / verification and onboarding
Go online, accept jobs, complete services, and view earnings
Use Car Wash Worker mode and/or Delivery Worker mode inside the same App
Customer-facing privacy practices for the main Zhoka consumer app are covered
under a separate customer Privacy Policy.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Account & identity
Name, mobile number, email address
Google account details when you sign in with Google (name, email, profile photo, and authentication tokens)
Profile selfie / attendance selfie used for identity verification
Partner ID and account status (pending, approved, blocked)
2.2 KYC & verification documents
Government IDs such as Aadhaar and PAN (images and related details you submit)
Driving licence, vehicle RC, insurance, and other vehicle documents (where required for Delivery mode)
Bank account details for payouts (bank name, account number, IFSC)
Registration / onboarding fee payment proof (for example UPI screenshots)
2.3 Work & service activity
Job/order history, shift bookings, attendance, online/offline status
Service location details needed to complete assigned work
Photos or proof uploaded for job completion / quality checks
Earnings, incentives, wallet balance, and payout records
Support chats, call requests, and complaint history
2.4 Location data
Precise or approximate device location while you use the App
For Delivery mode, location may also be collected while the App is in the background when you are online, so jobs can be assigned and tracked safely
2.5 Device & technical data
Device model, OS version, app version, language preference
Device identifiers, IP address, network information
Crash logs, diagnostics, and performance data
Notification tokens used to send job and account alerts
2.6 Optional / permission-based data
Camera access for selfies, KYC, and job proof photos
Phone / call-related permissions to contact customers or support when needed
Contacts, only if you choose to use referral features and grant permission
We do not store full card numbers, UPI PINs, or banking passwords.
Payments are processed through trusted third-party gateways (for example Razorpay / UPI).
3. How we use information
Create and manage your WorkMate partner account
Verify identity, KYC, vehicle eligibility, and attendance
Assign nearby jobs, enable live tracking, and complete services
Calculate earnings, incentives, wallets, and payouts
Provide partner support and resolve disputes or complaints
Prevent fraud, misuse, fake accounts, and unsafe activity
Improve App reliability, training, and partner experience
Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations
Send optional product updates or offers (you may opt out of promotional messages)
4. Location data
Location is core to WorkMate. We use it to match you with nearby work, show progress
to customers where applicable, improve safety, and generate accurate trip/service records.
Foreground: collected while the App is open and in use
Background (Delivery mode when online): may continue so assignment, navigation support, and live tracking remain accurate
You can revoke location permission in device settings. Some features (including going online)
may stop working until permission is restored.
5. Sharing & disclosure
Zhoka does not sell your personal information.
We may share limited information only when needed:
With customers: details required to complete a job (for example partner name, photo, vehicle info, live location while on an active order)
With service providers: cloud hosting, databases, authentication, analytics, notifications, maps, and payment processors (examples may include Supabase, Firebase/Google, Razorpay, map providers)
With internal operations teams: verification, field support, training, and quality control
For legal reasons: when required by law, court order, government request, or to protect rights, safety, and prevent fraud
Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to continued confidentiality protections
6. Retention & security
We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including
account management, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and legal record-keeping.
After account deletion requests, we delete or anonymize personal data except where
retention is required by law (for example transaction or compliance records).
We apply reasonable electronic and managerial security measures consistent with
applicable Indian IT rules. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure,
but we work to protect your information against unauthorized access, misuse, and loss.
7. Your rights & choices
Access / update: review and update profile details in the App where available
Permissions: control camera, location, notifications, and contacts in device settings
Promotions: opt out of promotional communications while still receiving essential service messages
We may keep limited records needed for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes.
8. Children’s privacy
WorkMate is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
If such data is identified, we will delete it promptly.
9. Third-party services
The App uses third-party services for authentication, hosting, payments, maps,
analytics, and notifications. Those providers process data under their own terms
and privacy policies. Zhoka is not responsible for third-party sites or services
outside our control.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change
when we do. Significant updates may also be shown in the App or communicated by email/notification.
Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
11. Governing law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India.
Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in
Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
